A couple of weeks ago Thomas and Adam found tadpoles at the park where Sam and Jake were playing hockey. We brought them home and put them in a fishbowl (not currently being used). It was great fun watching one develop. Legs and then arms appeared and then the tail got smaller... and now we have a frog! It is so tiny and cute! We love Mr. Big Bow. I still don't know how they came about naming him. There are 8 more in the bowl and Thomas gave his friend Ethan a couple that were starting to change into frogs. It reminds me of when I was a little girl in Long Beach and our house was near a lot of oil fields where we would catch tadpoles and frogs. Hopefully we'll have several more frogs to add to our family:)
