Sorry, it has been so long!

I guess I've taken a little vacation from the blog but I just haven't had the time to sit & post so here I am finally catching up. Well, I will just give you a little bit of what's going on so I have something to post in a few days. Also, I just updated Sam's trivial tidbits. Anyway, I had a "sisters" getaway with Karen, Michele and Mary, where we stayed in LA and saw Wicked. Sing along if you like..."WICKED! WICKED! WICKED!" Thank you, Michele! It was a blast! Michele sent us the soundtrack December of 2005 and let me tell you that all my boys can sing "G"linda's stuff really well. They were really mad that I couldn't take them with me.. Well, Thomas especially! We stayed at the Downtown Marriott and it was Beautiful! Thanks, Karen! We ate salads at The Grill & they were delicious. Mary let us choose some beautiful jewelry that her mother made, thanks, Mary & Felicia and Karen and I even had time to shop the garment district. We also ate at Domenico's in Long Beach & played & visited at Lori's. Mary told us she is planning for an October wedding with Scott. I am so excited for them. The whole weekend was wonderful! LOADS OF FUN! Thank you, Sistas!

David and I attended the wedding of our friend, Debbie. It was wonderful to see two people so in love who have waited so long to find the perfect partner. Debbie walked down the isle to the song..."At last..my love has come along.. It was pretty cute. I actually got choked up. They are fabulous together! I wish them an eternity of happiness. You might want to know the beautiful plateau the cake is sitting on is the one we bought for Joyce's wedding cake. It works for square or round cakes, Mary, if you want to use it?

And, finally, for tonight, I wanted to show you Isaac's adorable haircut. He looks so grown up. He is a little boy who makes me feel good all the time. He says the cutest things and tells me he loves me all day long. I am very blessed.
