Dream Dinners...Too much fun!

Thursday night I met a few friends at DreamDinners. It was so much fun and I came home with 7 wonderful dinners to feed my family. I put all but the beef stew in the freezer. I fixed the stew last night and it tasted pretty good. It was choc full 'o beef! Heidi suggested that I make dumplings to put on top and they were really yummy, too.
