I’ve been contemplating the blessing of having scriptures to aid me in my life and the blessing of faith that I can take the lessons that I read in the scriptures & use them to help me and my family.
One of my favorite scripture Prophets is Enoch. He had great faith that his people would turn away from wickedness. Enoch kept the commandments and trusted in the Lord’s vision of his possibilities, being the builder of the greatest city.
The people in the city of Enoch lived in harmony, unity & prosperity. They were of one heart and one mind with the Lord. They were unselfish, organized, helpful and happy. They truly loved one another.
I have faith that I can be a builder of a great city within the walls of my home. That by keeping the commandments, trusting in the Lord & doing the things I know are right and true, my family can be of one heart and one mind with the Lord and live in harmony and peace.
